Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Because our products require quality control and preparation prior to shipment, once processing begins, the order is considered final.
Subscription cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not cancel orders already processed.
All orders require 10–14 business days for processing before shipment to ensure product quality and freshness.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.
Refunds are only available for products that have been successfully delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify:
The product must have been used as directed.
Proof of purchase is required.
Only one refund per household per product is permitted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders already processed
Subscription renewals already processed
Orders marked delivered by the carrier
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:
