Overview

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

Because our products require quality control and preparation prior to shipment, once processing begins, the order is considered final.

Subscription cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not cancel orders already processed.


Processing & Shipping

All orders require 10–14 business days for processing before shipment to ensure product quality and freshness.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for products that have been successfully delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

  • The product must have been used as directed.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Only one refund per household per product is permitted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Orders canceled after the 12-hour cancellation window

  • Orders already processed

  • Subscription renewals already processed

  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery


Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

  • Loss of refund eligibility

  • Account restrictions

  • Documentation submission to the payment processor
