Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription Overview

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected delivery frequency.

Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this policy.


8-Week Commitment Notice

Probiotic supplementation requires consistent use for a minimum of 8 weeks (two billing cycles) to properly evaluate results.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to receive at least two shipments (8 weeks) before cancellation.


Cancellation Terms

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time after the second shipment.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

  • Cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

  • Orders already processed or in fulfillment cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellation requests after billing has occurred will apply to future cycles only.


Immediate Cancellation After Purchase

Placing a subscription order and attempting to cancel immediately after checkout does not void the initial order.

The first subscription order is considered final once processed.


Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals that have already been processed are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription prior to renewal.


Refunds & Subscriptions

Subscription orders remain subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Early cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the refund policy conditions are met.


Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscription access in cases of repeated abuse, fraudulent activity, or excessive chargebacks.
